The Dog Stop® is seeking a passionate, experienced, and motivated Dog Care Manager to help lead our team and maintain the exceptional level of care our guests and pet parents have come to expect.

As a Dog Care Manager, you'll play a critical role in creating a safe, positive, and enriching experience for both our canine guests and our team members.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise safe, structured, and positive dog playgroups
• Oversee and mentor staff, ensuring consistency in dog handling and guest care
• Manage daily back-of-house operations and facility standards
• Train team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices
• Assess dog behaviors, play styles, and group dynamics, proactively responding to ensure safety
• Maintain a clean, healthy, and welcoming environment for all guests
• Build trust with pet parents by ensuring every dog receives outstanding care and attention
• Foster a positive, supportive, and team-oriented workplace culture

What We're Looking For:

✔ Experience in dog daycare, boarding, training, veterinary, or other animal care environments

✔ Strong leadership and communication skills

✔ Ability to stay calm, organized, and proactive in a fast-paced setting

✔ A passion for dogs and a commitment to exceptional customer service

✔ A positive attitude and desire to help both dogs and team members succeed
