Overview
We are seeking a motivated, team-oriented Hybrid Dental Assistant to primarily support the back office while assisting the front office during slower clinical periods. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients, helping teammates, and growing within a supportive dental practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Support: Take dental X-rays, assist the dentist during procedures, maintain retraction/isolation, fabricate temporary crowns, and support hygienists during exams and periodontal charting.
• Clinical Preparation & Documentation: Prepare and stock procedure trays, enter treatment plans into charts, and help accommodate limited exams as needed.
• Front Office Support (as needed): Answer phones, contact patients for hygiene reminders, and assist with filing and scanning patient documents.

Qualifications

• Friendly, patient-focused communicator
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Experience taking dental X-rays
• Comfortable with both clinical and administrative tasks

Compensation & Benefits

• $18–$24/hour (based on experience)
• After establishing employment: PTO, holiday pay, and performance bonuses.
