Social Content Creator

Our client is seeking a Social Content Creator to develop engaging, social-first content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is immersed in internet culture, understands how to create content that feels native to each platform, and can quickly turn trends, conversations, and ideas into compelling content. The ideal candidate is a hands-on creator with experience producing high-volume short-form content, engaging with online communities, and using data and insights to inform content decisions. Duration: 12 monthsHours per Week: 40 Location: Onsite in Broomfield, CO

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience creating content for brands, publishers, creators, agencies, or social-first platforms
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and evolving social media trends
• Proven ability to independently concept, shoot, edit, and publish short-form content
• Experience creating creator-style, lo-fi, trend-driven, and platform-native content
• Proficiency with video editing tools and mobile-first content creation workflows
• Strong copywriting and caption-writing skills with an understanding of brand voice and digital culture
• Experience managing community engagement, including comments, direct messages, and social interactions
• Ability to identify and respond quickly to emerging trends, memes, and cultural moments
• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance reporting
• Understanding of AI-powered creative tools and how they can support content creation workflows
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams

Key Responsibilities

• Create, produce, edit, and publish high-volume social content across multiple channels
• Develop short-form videos, trend-driven content, reactive posts, memes, and creator-style storytelling assets
• Monitor social platforms for emerging trends, sounds, conversations, and platform behaviors
• Quickly ideate and execute content that aligns with current cultural moments and platform best practices
• Leverage AI tools to support ideation, content development, editing efficiencies, and creative experimentation
• Determine when AI-assisted content is appropriate and when authentic, human-led storytelling is most effective
• Actively manage community engagement through comments, conversations, and audience interactions
• Engage with creators, influencers, brands, and social communities to increase visibility and participation
• Support the development and evolution of a recognizable and consistent social voice
• Track content performance and identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support content initiatives and campaign objectives
• Maintain awareness of social platform updates, emerging technologies, and evolving content formats

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
