At Newlight, we're transforming greenhouse gas into Aircarbon, a high-performance material that helps to make products lighter, stronger, faster, and cleaner.

As we grow our brand, we're building an in-house team of creative storytellers who are passionate about creating content that people enjoy.

If creating content isn't just something you do, but something you love, we want to meet you!

We're looking for social media content creators who love turning ideas into videos, experimenting with new formats, and seeing what works.

You don't need years of corporate marketing experience. You do need creativity, curiosity, initiative, and a portfolio that shows you love creating.

What You'll Be Doing

Every week will look different: one day you might be filming the team behind the scenes, the next, you'll be jumping on a trend, creating a product demo, editing a fast-paced Reel, designing a carousel, interviewing a customer, or brainstorming the next series.

You'll own the creative process from start to finish:

• Brainstorm fresh ideas people want to watch
• Film and edit short-form videos
• Write hooks and captions
• Create TikToks, Reels, Shorts, Stories, carousels, memes, and educational content
• Publish and optimize content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, and other platforms
• Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and user-generated content
• Watch analytics, see what is hitting, and grow from there

• You create content for fun.
• You pay attention to what different trends are emerging.
• You enjoy seeing what makes people stop scrolling.
• You have strong instincts for storytelling, pacing, and editing.
• You're constantly testing new ideas and learning from the results.
• You enjoy wearing multiple hats and bringing ideas to life yourself.
• You can move quickly from "What if we tried..." to having a finished video ready to post.

The Tools You'll Use

You might use tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Photoshop, ChatGPT, or whatever helps you create exceptional content. We care much more about your creativity than the specific software you've mastered.

You'll have the freedom to experiment, learn from the data, and continually try new things.

Experience with any of these is a plus:

• Growing your own or another social media account
• Influencer collaborations
• User-generated content
• Product launches
• Ecommerce brands
• Podcast or video production
• Building recurring content series

Your content gets people talking, laughing, crying, sharing, and wondering, and we continue to grow our community.
