Job Title: Working Construction Foreman
Location: Nationwide travel
Pay: $30 to $42 per hour, plus overtime and per diem

A growing specialty construction company is hiring Working Foremen to lead traveling crews on
roadway, airport, military, and federal infrastructure projects.
This is a hands-on foreman role. You will lead the crew while performing the same physical
work alongside them. This is not a position for someone who wants to supervise from a truck.
Responsibilities
Lead crews of approximately 3 to 9 employees
Work alongside the crew performing concrete repair, crack sealing, joint sealing, saw
cutting, jackhammering, and related work
Coordinate daily work, equipment, safety, and productivity
Train crew members and communicate with project managers
Travel extensively throughout the United States
Travel and Schedule
Approximately 95% travel
Projects may last several weeks or months
Approximately 60 hours per week, typically six days per week
Regular home rotations are not guaranteed
Company-paid travel and private hotel room
$45 daily per diem while away from home
Qualifications
Experience leading crews in paving, concrete, road construction, heavy civil, or similar work
Willingness to perform demanding physical labor
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record At least 21 years old
Ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks
Ability to obtain federal, airport, and military site access
CDL is not required
Compensation
$30 to $35 per hour for Foremen in Training
Up to approximately $42 per hour for highly experienced candidates
Overtime after 40 hours
Prevailing wage opportunities
Typical annual earnings may range from approximately $95,000 to $110,000 depending
on overtime and project assignments
